Default Tip in Danish Krone, Euros or Dollars

I suspect that they will manage to use any currency that you happen to
have. Folks in the travel business even at the service levels are quite
creative.

Come on on folks. Give your "extra tip" in Euros
or Dollars - currencies that are accepted almost
everywhere.
The crew isn't responsible for where the ship is
registered and should be tipped in something that
they can easily use. How about international phone
cards that they get to keep and not put in the
"pool" since they are "not money."
