Ermalee, I got our phone bill and my roaming charges were $20.55 for ten
minutes. The charge was $1.99 a minute... I made two calls and received one
while onboard the ship but made and received many text messages.. So
including the Int'l tax, $20.55 total was very reasonable! The reception
was excellent...as if the person to whom I was speaking was in the room with
me.
For calls that I made from Ireland and England, I used my Int'l calling
card...Bought the smallest denomination for 5 pounds and still have about 40
minutes left on it.
