St Maarten Bus Tour - Anyone done this?

My wife and I are cruising on the Carnival Valour at the end of February and
one of the ports of call is St Maarten. We have signed up for an excursion
called Best of St. Maarten Island & Beach Combo. It's a bus tour of the
island including visits to the French side of the island and a beach stop.

Has anyone done this tour? How was it? Do you know which particular beach
this tour takes you to?

Never did that. My preference in St. Maarten is to go to Pinel Island.

We did the bus tour of the island a few years ago, and were very happy with
it.

The local guides are true stars, funny, informative and very friendly. Our
trip didn't include a beach stop, so I can't comment on that, but you will
be glad you tok the bus tour!

We took the tour, without the beach stop. Really enjoyed it. Well worth
the cost. Would do it again. Perhaps the best tour we've taken while
cruising.
