Default Ship Anchored Off Ft. Lauderdale

Does anyone know or have any idea why a cruise ship is anchored off
Ft. Lauderdale? The ship has been there for about 5 days now and hasn't
moved. At night it is fully lit but even the locals don't know whats
going on with it. We were unable to read the name and there was no logo
that could be recognized. The ship was directly out our window at the
Sheraton Yankee Clipper. We thought maybe the line went bankrupt and
couldn't afford docking but thought maybe somebody here might know the
real reason.

Thought of the VIrus & Flu thing but no passengers can be seen on board.
Only a few crew members moving about every now and then. They did lower
1 life boat yesterday to exercise it for about 30 mins. That was it, no
other activity could been seen or noted.
