Default Globalstar Satellite Telephones on Princess

Hi. I am taking a Princess Cruise next year from San Francisco to
Alaska. I have been thinking about ditching my cell phone and getting
a Globalstar satellite phone. Has anyone had any experience with
Globalstar using them them along the west coast and Alaska?

Thanks, Shorty

Also by the time of his cruise Princess may offer cell phone service on
the ship he is sailing when at sea. I just read that they now offer it
on Grand Princess. So I would guess they will offer it fleet wide soon.

So my 95 year year old father can call me daily. Why do you ask?
