Mariner of the Seas

We have always sailed on Celebrity, but have just booked the Mariner of
the Seas for next July out of Port Canaveral. We booked an Owners
Suite and will have 4 people in the room. Looking to see if anyone
has been on this cruise, what you thought of it, and possibly if you
have stayed in an Owners Suite. Thanks for any input.

Actually you are correct about that - I was just venting a little. I'm
sure the busses were for Disney World. In fact, it was rather odd - at
Port Canaveral there were three ships in port - a Carnival ship, the
Mariner, and one of the Disney ships. But I noticed when the Disney
ship left, that there were no passengers on board! Perhaps they had
some sort of maintenance issue, and were running sea trials or going
elsewhere to work on it in dry dock or something. Dunno. However, I
was still annoyed at sitting at the airport for two hours - but it
didn't ruin my day or anything, I still had a great week.

Has anyone traveled on the Mariner of the Seas? We will be going at the end
of January on the Western Caribbean. This will only be our second sailing on
Royal Caribbean we previously traveled on Carnival. This is about our 8th
cruise and we are going for our 10th wedding anniversary. We've heard there
is a possibility you have to tender in at Cozumel due to some damages from
storms? Looking forward to Grand Cayman as this is one of our favorite
stops.
