On Grand Cayman I would suggest Sea Grape Beach which is on Seven Mile.
At Cozumel your best bet is Paradise Beach.

Both beach clubs are along the same beach front and near each other.
The facilities are about the same. I liked the beach chairs and
umbrellas better at Paradise Beach, at Mr. Sanchos I ended up paying
extra for a decent chair and umbrella set up which I did not need to do
at Paradise Beach. Also I liked the beach area and the servers better
at Paradise. At both there is no cover charge, they expect you to spend
something on drinks and food which was easily done and the prices for
drinks or food are very reasonable at both.

Yes, the taxis know where Sea Grape it is and there are lots of taxis
to take you back. There is a restaurant, restrooms. Chairs and
umbrellas are for rent.

I have no suggestion for Ochos Rios for a beach.

It is worth bothering for, if nothing else to buy some Blue Mountain
Coffee.

If you're into setting out on your own, I'd highly recommend renting a
Jeep and driving to Rum Point for a great beach day. Rental car
shuttles pick you up a block from the tender and bring you directly to
the office at the airport. Then, it's an easy 40 (ish) minute drive. No
crowds, lots of chairs, a great beach hut serving THE BEST strawberry
daquiris and conch fritters. No cover charge.

Went to Mr. Sanchos pre-hurricane and Paradise post-hurricane. Don't
know how Paradise was pre, or Mr. Sanchos is post, but I much prefer
Paradise. Beach chairs are much better, waiter service on the beach was
much more attentive - all in all, a day at Paradise Beach is just
that...Paradise. We had a great day there, this past March.
