The now-common practice of identical pricing.

Stock Silvia $599.00 Gaggia $595.00 etc.,etc.

and zillions of other things, everywhere.

and I thought pricefixing was ILLEGAL!!

It is . . . where pricing or pricing practices are set through
agreements among competitors. There's nothing illegal about being a
"price follower".

these are contractual agreements to minimum advertised prices.

WAS illegal collusion is not now AFAIK
