Default Sugar in the pf

I was talking to someone who did this to sweeten their coffee without
having to stir in sugar and wreck the crema.

Is there any reason that this would upset the extraction - I can't
think of one myself but I thought I'd ask before I dug out the naked
pf for an afternoon's experimentation.

1- You won't ruin crema by stirring.
2- The sugar will end up in the system when releasing pressure and will
stick there.

Wonder when someone will get the idea of putting milkpowder in the pf.
