charter members, don't give up!

i'm working on getting the scaa member mailing list back up and running.
i've talked to m. ferguson and others about this.

scott at scaa is in charge of the new website project and the
contractors have us on their to-do list. i hope we can make some
progress on this soon; if not i may have workarounds! thanks for your
patience. . . .

Hey Fortune!

It isn't just charter members anymore... There are at least 12 of us
that are actual signed up paying members. I'm number 000062 :)

seriously, i appreciate those of you who joined us. we are going to get
this bi-plane off the ground. your patience is incredible, and i'm
grateful.

jim schulman and marshall have been great working with me, cindy chang,
and others to make the conference track come together. they have been
ultra-great about it really. . . <grin>

i think the scaa membership will be a super cool thing and i don't
believe this small delay will unhinge our momentum.

i know mike ferguson is peddling as fast as he can too. . .we can get
from kitty hawk to sopwith camel, esp. if andy schecter will invent the
espresso equivalent of the aileron. . . .
