Oooh...exciting. I can't wait to have another high quality coffee joint in
my neck of the woods. Any idea on the specific location?

Hey there Andy...I'm glad you liked the shot. I am sooo happy working
at Gimme! It's like all the head knowledge I've built up finally has
an outlet where as before I was spinning my wheels in places that
cared only to "just get by" Ask my family I was making plans to move
to Seattle and work for Vivace before I stumbled into these guys.
Gimme! has an attitude of contiual learning and growing towards the
perfection of coffee as an art and lifestyle...and it shows in the
attitude of all their employees too. I mean it's been almost two
months now that I've been commuting an hour and a half one way to work
there from my current residence in Syracuse...it's THAT cool.(ihave
found an apartment though, hoorah) Oh yea I finally meet Jed
today...real cool guy(any other NY alties I should meet?). Hey... well
now that I am in the coffee lab and all I'll try to post here more
often been lurking for a bit.
