The Wangfujing Night Market in Beijing, China offers many culinary oddities. From giant scorpions, to bugs, to snakes, to something that sounded like 'goat *****', there's plenty of food to turn your stomach and bring home a great story. Here a group of my friends all tried a flash fried starfish. I'm eating at about 2:09. We later learned from a beggar that you're supposed to break the shell open and scoop out the meat in the legs. We asked him if he liked starfish and he said something that translated to, 'no, but when you're hungry you eat what you can get.'
