I'd say forget it. Shipping a car to Brazil will cost you a fortune, the
bureaucracy will be a nightmare (to get the car, sell it (if you will be
able to) and get the money out of the country.
If you don't want to rent and you are there for a long time, I suggest
you buy a cheap car while in Brazil and then re-sell it when you leave.
Even this simple transaction will be fraught with difficulties.
