Default Does anybody know any local bands in San Pedro de Atacama?

Hi,

I am going to San Pedro on June 2 for a music video shoot.

The concept of the video is that the artist travels through all the
barren landscapes, and ultimately meets a local band in a more lush
area, and they all play together.

I'm looking to hire a band for the video, but I'm having a really hard
time getting in touch with any of the locals. Any suggestions?

Otherwise, I'm really, really excited about going there. I've never
been to South America, and have really become infatuated looking at all
the pictures I've seen of it.

Nik

Keith,

Thanks... That's exactly the kind of inside information I was hoping
someone to tell me. I can work with that.

Of course if someone reading this remembers a band at a hostel, please
fill me in.

And for those of you who are curious, the artist is the tennis player
Yannick Noah... We're going to shoot a behind the scenes making of the
video, too. I think I forgot to mention that Yannick will be riding
across the desert on a motorcycle as shot from a remote-controlled
helicopter.

Nik
