There are a couple of companies offering service by ferry or by a
combination of ferry and bus; the one I can name offhand is Buquebus
(literally, "boat bus"), whose Web site is at buquebus.com or
buquebus.com.ar (I can't remember if you need the Argentina suffix .ar for
their site.)
The price varies according to service and speed; they offer hydrofoil
service that is about three times as fast as their normal ferries.
