It may not be called latin America, but is in the region. Furthur south
than Cuba and Cancun. They just do not talk Spanish. But Chile also talks
German. Is a very nice area. I would go back. We were on a South American
cruise, and stopped for a few hours. Very much enjoyed my time in both St.
Thomas and in St. John. Liked it better than the cruise. Nice beaches, and
great underwater park, which we did not snorkel as the weather was bad, and
that is the side of the island that gets stirred up.
