Care to divulge how cheap and from where?
Been to Trinidad quite a few times, but never in Tobago. The last time
in September of 2004. You'll find many subjects for photography. The
island is very unique, People are friendly. Last I went, there were
reports of crimes, primarily kidnapping. I thought it was overblown.
The local population is almost 50% east indian and the other half
african. White and Asian takes up a tiny minority.
