Well, Skip, it really depends on your tastes. I have not travelled
extensively in South America, but I have spent a fair amount of time in
Buenos Aires, and I highly recommend it. What are your personal interests?
What do you hope to do during your trip? Do you speak Spanish (or
Portuguese?) I bet you'll get a variety of helpful responses if you can
specify a bit more what your particular interests are.
