Dining in Patagonia ?

I consider a chance of diving in southern Patagonia when sailing there around Terra del Fuego in January.
The point might be local regulations, equipment avaiability, etc.
The ports of call would be Ushuaia, Punta Arenas, Fort Williams, anchorages.
Has anybody got some experience frome scuba diving there?

Local dining also would be great, but I meant scuba diving :-))

I guess Patagonia might be similar to Norwegian fiords (where I was sailing a lot, but not diving yet).
The question is Chilean / Argentinian infrastructure & regulations.
