Default North-West Argentina

Hello,

In a few weeks, I'll be in Salta, North-West Argentina. I red that the road
from Salta to Cachi is particularly difficult, sometimes awkward and narrow.
Do you think that a 4X4 vehicle is definitly needed or a usual car, driven
carefully, would be OK?

Thanks for your information.

Daniel

Any risk of falling down off the road or just holes slowing down the drive?

Idem: risky or just uncomfortable?

I'll be there soon, in August. Hopefully it should be rather dry up there...

Thanks.
