Can you still Climb Chichen Itza? It is still possible to climb Chichen Itza. I was there last week.
While many of the ruins are off limits, two sides of the main
structure at Chichen Itza are open for all to climb. I understand
from our tour guide that there are certain times that they don't all
you up but these are limited to the vernal and autumnal equinoxs and
other special events.
Have a great time.
