Default Argentina: vineyards to visit

I'm looking for advice/information about what vineyards to visit in
the region of Mendoza. I will be there next Febuary and I would like
to visit a Bodega. While I have found plenty of addresses, I have came
across very little information about what vineyards offer interesting
visits. Anyone with experiences to share?

Do you read Spanish?

If so, do a search on Google with turismo and Mendoza as search terms.
Mendoza province has its own Web site, and I'm pretty sure that I saw some
vineyards referenced there.

I never went to a vineyard, but instead went to the "bodega" where Giol ages
and bottles its wines. Their tour was in Spanish only, but someone told me
that Trapiche offers a similar tour of its facility in English. At one
vineyard whose name I don't remember, there's even a high-cost tour that
will take you out to a vineyard, then back to the house of the owner for
lunch.
