Default What to do in Lima for a day...

My wife and I will be traveling through Lima in a few months. On
Christmas day we land in Lima at 9:00a.m. (from Cuzco) and don't leave
until 1:00a.m. on the 26th (heading to Punta Arenas, Chile). On the
way back, we land in Lima at 11:00p.m. and don't leave until midnight
on the following day.

A couple of questions:

Are they going to be many (any?) restaurants open on Christmas day, or
will we need to have our own food?

What moderately priced hotel would you reccomend near the airport for
our late arrival on our return trip?

What activities would you reccomend for Christmas day?

What activities would you reccomend for the full day we have
(Saturday)?

Thanks.
