Not worth the visit. Despite being one of the oldest European
settlements in the Americas, Asuncion has very little of interest for
visitors. Best thing perhaps is the Jesuit mission ruins in Misiones
but you can see those in Argentina.
As a Çanadian, I believe you need a visa which is limited to 30 days one
entry for the basic one.
