Default Venezuela?!?!?

I am considering taking a trip to Venezuela in Febuary. What are the
prices like down there. I haven't been able to find anything. I try
to stay in the lowest priced accomadations. My only requirement is
that they are resonably clean. ie. no bugs in the beds. Also what are
meal prices like. I will eat just about anything. Basically I am a
budget traveller that like to spend as little as possible when I
travel. Is Venezuela for me. Thanks in advance

Last time I've been there was november 2001.
Spent there 30 days and i liked it very much.
Prices are very variable. Caracas was very expensive (for example)
Internetcafe
$0.50 per minute In Merida in internetcafes you paid $0.50 for an hour.
My opinion is that outside Caracas the prices were pretty low.
Prices for accomodation were from $2,-- up to $50,-- per night.
Restaurants were affordable $5,-- till $20,-- per person
