Help With Destination Choice

My wife and I let our daughters choose (within reason) a vacation
destination following their graduation from high school. We are on our
third and final daughter, who loved #2's choice of Playa del Carmen--
nice size, great shopping, outstanding beaches, snorkeling, friendly
people and a nice international mix of tourists. We all had a great
time, and my wife and I liked the reasonable rates as well. But of
course we can't go back there. Any suggestions for a destination with a
similar mix?

If you are looking for value, similar to Mexico, I would suggest Punta
Cana, Dominican Republic. It's really considered the new hot spot in
the Caribbean for all-inclusives. Nassau is also a lot of fun, it's a
bit pricey but the Atlantis Resort is simply incredible.

Hawaii is also great for families and has everything you are looking
for.

Any chance you would consider a cruise?
