need advice--caribbean islands travel

My wife and I are going to celebrate our 10 year anniv. in May on one
of the islands. We are looking for a nice beach (no nudity), good
food, seaside hotel (nice--price not an object), and good shopping on
the island (for my wife). We are considering Barbados, St. Lucia,
etc...

Help with any suggestions.

MORE SPECIFIC:

FRIENDLY TO U. S. ANGLOS, ALL INCLUSIVE WOULD BE OK BUT I DO NOT DRINK
AND I THINK THAT MIGHT BE A WASTE OF MONEY (UNLESS THEY GIVE YOU CHOICE
OF BEVERAGE ON THE ALL-INCLUSIVES...).

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: BEACH SWIMMING, TOWN SHOPPING (JEWELRY, CLOTHES
MAINLY), SKIN DIVING, "PIRATE TOURS", ETC...
