Default The perfect Caribbean town/city?

If I were to retire to a carribean city or town, I'd be looking for the
following:

1) Safe friendly place, nice locals (without being hassled by peddlers
everywhere)
2) Great food, great weather. Should not be too hot. Around 70 degrees
year round would be perfect. And obviously no hurricanes!
3) Good infrastructure for things like internet, libraries, banks etc.

Have you ever spent an extensive amount of time in the carribean and
thought that this would be a perfect place to stay indefintely? I'm
looking for a few ideas for future travel with a view to retirement.

Thanks,

Alex

You can't have the Caribbean or even Florida without hurricanes,
so you need to arrange 2 locations for your retirement
and figure out how you can afford travel betweeen the 2 places.

That's why retirees have trailers or motorhomes.

Living on the beach in southern Brazil is a nice choice. Beautiful
weather, not too hot and not too cold.
