Default Travel back and forth between Playa del Carmen and Akumal

Hello, a cousin of mine will be having a wedding in Akumal and I was
planning on renting a condo from my friend in Playa del Carmen, since
the event is a week long celebration, I anticipate travel back and
forth many times a day. Could anyone tell me if there is an easy
cheap transport between the two resort areas?

The cheapest would be the bus that goes up and down the coast. I don't know
the schedule. Its about 20 miles. So a taxi would work also. You can rent a
car. That is not cheap.

The cheapest would be to use a collectivo. They are white vans that
travel north and south on the 307. It costs 20 pesos per person pr
trip. A taxi would cost around $25.00US for one way. You could also
rent a condo in Akumal or Half Moon Bay..there are many options.
