To get a cheap ticket Europe-Trinidad, make the arrangmenet at least 3-5
months ahead if you are going with BA or BWIA, otherwise the cheaper tickets
are gone.

And, I suppose you will not leave Trinidad same day you arrive, do you know
that that you have to show a valid on-going ticket and also an addres in
Trinidad for the Immegration? Otherwise they donīt let you in.

Try charter UK to Barbados - then island hop to T&T
Charters 200.00 UK pounds Return - Island Hop $100.00 US$
Try XL Gatwick or Manchester fly on a friday to Barbados.
book in the last 7 days currently 179.00 UK POunds return
OR check other charters - Airtours Thomson etc for cheap return to
Tabago, then catch the ferry to Trinidad.
Hope it helps.

Hi Nick
Anyone who enter Trinidad must have a ticket with return from Trinidad or an
on-going ticket to any other destination. You did write that you will start
with boat trip across from Trinidad to?? The T&T Immigration will for sure
ask for that ticket as your return ticket is from Buenos Aires, otherwise I
donīt think they will not let you in.

If you stay in Trinidad, or any other Island in the Caribbean, the
Immigration want to have an address into your Immigration paper you get on
the flight. But if you are going to stay for one night or so, itīs not
absolutely necessary to book in advance.

The Immigration Officer will keep you passport and travel documents and send
you to the Tourist Information Desk to get an accommondation. When you are
back, the Immigration Officer clear you out. But itīs of course much more
easy to have an address already on arriveal.

A check with T&T Embassy or Consulate will for sure save you from a lot of
problems.
Ronald

Hi Nick
If you are going before the end of may,
give me a call as i am taking my boat down to Trinidad from Barbados.
should be leaving around the 31st May.
have a few contacts that may be able to fix you up with an onward lift
to Venezuela.
PS: I'm a mad brit as well.
