food and drinks

Hi everybody!
I had to make a presentation about Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
this Tuesday
and i would to prepare a typical dish or a drink for my clssmates. The
thing that i've been looking everywhere i haven't found anything.
Please if is there somebody who can help me i would appreciate
i'll be waiting until tomorrow night

Nutmeg is big in Grenada.
