Oh, I've been to Aruba a couple of times where there was no wind... Once in
September there was no wind for the entire week, and with no wind, Aruba is HOT!
Last year we were there in early January and 4 of the 8 days we were there there was
essentially no wind...
Mid-late January through June or July is the windy period... other times are very
"hit or miss":
