St John, U.S.V.I. question

Friends of mine are getting married on St. John in mid July. Few friends are
able to make the wedding because of short notice, etc. Though unable to
attend I would like to arrange for dinner somewhere for them.

Can you think of a nice place for the newlyweds to dine? I would call the
restaurant, make the arrangements, then have their innkeeper let them know
of the gift.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I ended up going with the Stone Terrace.
They will insert the gift certificate in a card and drop it in the mail to
the guest house where my friends are staying.
