Takes forever to load (but then, I'm still on dial-up and those
bastards from BellSouth {SOB} won't replace the cable....)

Seems interesting but do you think anyone will buy this sight unseen? What
the the options in terms of actually seeing the property? Also, what is the
Belizean policy in terms of foreigners owning propery in their country?

I don't think anyone would buy it sight unseen, which is why there is
an email address for anyone with further questions. I have a contact
person in the area who will be happy to show it to any interested
parties. As for owning property in Belize, I'm a US citizen and I own
this parcel. When I purchased the land, a foreign national could own up
to ten acres in a rural area without a permit to own more. The Belizean
government has a website that provides information to foreign nationals.
