Thanks for that. Now can you make some recommendations? I'm looking for
some equivalents to Monte Cristo's, I think they are called.

I've really enjoyed Hurricanos, available in a fairly large range of
sizes (although my size preference is the Robusto). They are very
well-made, and actually reasonably-priced.

Typically a sharp scolding and an admonission to "don't let me catch
you doing that again".

I like the deal that Canada and several other countries have in
regards to intelligence.

Basically, it states "we can't spy on ours, you can't spy on yours,
but we can spy on each others, and then trade information."

(Yeah, Canada .... don't let looks deceive you)

Cell phones, being as they work through the same network as any
other phones, are nothing special. Any phone/fax/data connection
can be listened to, and processed.

Default The Facts About Going To Cuba

I would say "very difficult" but not impossible to get an exclusion, you
have to meet some very tight criteria and very few will qualify. Of
course, there is enough wiggle room so that "it is not in the best
interest to grant..."

> Cuba, for a bunch of reasons, is an extremely sensitive country for the

True, although we may have already been on some "watch" list at least
temporarily - just for our "normal" everyday, legal activities. As
example, dive shops across the country were asked by the government to
hand over information about people they recently certified or those who
took the class, but never certified. Just think in terms of the pilots
who wanted to learn how to fly without learning to land.

So we can still put ourselves in a position of being "suspects" until
otherwise deemed "innocent". I wonder how often normal, law abiding
citizens participate in some activity that puts them in a database
bearing a red flag, but are never even aware of it.

You would do better to consider advice based on facts and logic rather
than your feelings about the messenger. It is clearly illegal to visit
Cuba without permission, do you think otherwise? Would you want to
announce on a global forum that you have done/will do so?
Didn't think so.

Default The Facts About Going To Cuba

Most Americans. Just like most Germans want to be German, most Italians
want to be Italian, most Swedes want...

Heck, we might want to visit Cuba, but we don't have any desperate need
to risk our lives trying to escape to the island on a fricken homemade raft.

> I certainly do not.

Good, social security is already under strain.

We've heard it all before. You hate us, but you love what we can offer.
And we get to hear it all through the goodness of your Microsoft OE.

So what brings you here, university?

> Americans have the highest per capita rate of obesity in the entire world.

.... and Mexico, the UK, and Australia are very close behind.

Look at sugars added to foods, hydrogenated fats, a global food
processing industry with a lot of $nfluence, & ignorant consumers who
buy this stuff and have lost any sense of portion size.
