travel caribbean

I am planning to travel to the Caribbean and wonder when the best time
to travel to there is.

Because of the hurricane season and rain, I would avoid September and
October. Hurricane season is longer than this, but September is a bad
month for hurricanes and October can be a rainy month.

So then any other time would be a good time? How about the middle of
March? would that be a good time?
