Dominica or Dominican Republic?

I was merely making sure of the destination, besides from my office window
at Fisheries Division I see every cruise ship docking at the Bayfront. Next
time try not to be so self righteous, it is a common mistake to mix Dominica
with it northern spanish speaking alternate, you'd be so suprised how many
time our mail goes there from the States for several months before trickling
down here.

For your information there is a St. Vincent DePaul society drop off near the
Methodist Church, to the right of the bayfront and up the road a bit. You
can't miss the methodist church, almost opposite the Ft. Young Hotel, it
should be open.

My apologies for giving offense. I'm new to these boards (and am likely to drop
off of them shortly) and I don't know who's who and who is posting from where.
I also don't know who took their primary school geography classes seriously and
who didn't--an important thing in the USA where some clueless souls think that
New Mexico is either a foreign country or a part of old Mexico, but not one of
our fifty states.

I plead guilty to being a US citizen. :-)

Hopefully I'll be back from my day in Dominica in sufficient time to drop off
my used duffel and still be back at the pier in time to re-embark.
