Default Airline for Aruba to Curacao

I have not been able to find boat transportation from Aruba to
Curacao. I will have to fly.

Does anybody have any airline recommendations? How is Dutch
Caribbean?

My experience with airlines not regulated by the FAA is that
some are not safe and/or reliable. I had some scary flights in
South America and Asia.

DCA is likely your best bet. Others have warned me against their on
time performance and reliability. I flew them only once, from Aruba
to Trunidad and back via Curacao. They are okay in my opinion.

I have just returned from Bonaire. Locals tell me the most wretched
stories about DCA. (DCA is just probably the old ALM "gang" -- still
pretending to be an airline. Old paint; New cans.)

If you have the option of flying either Divi-Divi, or Bonaire-Excel
over DCA -- DO IT! That's the advice my friends there give me.

All you have is hearsays. The only roundtrip flight I had with DCA
may not be sufficient say a lot. There is no negative about them to
not fly DCA again.

Default Airline for Aruba to Curacao

We used Bonaire Excel for Aruba to Bonaire and return in
January. I thought they did an excellent job for a relatively
new airline. They fly what appear to be well maintained ATRs
and they were on time for both flights. They also fly
between Aruba and Curacao.
