Well, in my opinion:
* The customer is always right.
* Always be nice, especially when the customer isn't.
* When things for the customer go badly, apologize with sincerity.
* Say "Please", "Thank you", Mr. & Mrs. or Ms.
* Smile.
* Thank the customer for his business each time.
