Atlantis, Paradise Island or the Moon Palace, Cancun?

We are a family of 4, adults 43 and 49, teens 13 and 14. We are considering
these two options for our next summer vacation. We are basically typical
"touristy" types. I'd like to sit on the beach all day reading, having a
cabana boy bring me pina coladas, and heading to get a massage when I manage to
move out of my chair. Unfortunately, my kids tend to get bored watching me do
that, and need a bit more entertainment. ;-)

Can anyone give feedback on either of these options, or suggest something else?

We went 3 years to moon palace
The food gets boring, but the accomadations are great and the property keeps
the kids entertained. Also, they come and go as they want and eat whent they
want, which is a big plus. Make day trips to Beach Palace, and rent a Jeep and
go to XPU HA, you can explore the mexican countryside, have a destination, and
eat for free with your Moon Palace Bracelet. GREAT snorking too.
