Too many variables, too few simultaneous equations...
But seriously, I could be wrong but there aren't many direct
flights to Nevis; most cheap ones will go via St.Kitts. You
could consider a small aircraft charter, depending on how many
of you there are. From Nevis to St.Kitts we paid about $75 for
three people, as I recall, many years ago. Given the distances
involved you could also realistically charter to/from Guadeloupe
or Antigua, which may offer cheaper direct jet flights to Toronto.
(Though I believe Guadeloupe will have best deals via Montreal).
Those other countries will be slightly more expensive than
Nevis-St.Kitts because the pilot will have to arrange customs etc.
Flying from St.Martin/Maarten would be more expensive because you
may have to go via St.Kitts. Also consider how much your time is
worth to you: if you have to fly scheduled and make three or more
connections you'll be knackered and waste days of your holiday.
You're looking at hundreds of dollars worth of holiday going down
the drain there (in boring/hot airports).
You should also consider a ferry (going out) for the experience
and the feel of getting away. You'll be tired going home, and
a quick chartered plane is an easy way of doing the combo.
