Hotel and Restaurant

I will be traveling to the Caymans very soon on business and would
like to know of any quiet, private hotels off the strip. I also am
interested in any equally good and private (non-tourist) restaurants
that I should visit.

Just post any suggestions here.

Hi joe

I just got back from the caymans, it was great, I stayed at this very
quiet place at the one end of the island called Cayman Kai. Its a
little expensive but it is worth it to be away from the crowds.
