Default Caribbean employment? Anything? Homestays?

Hello,
24 year old college grad would like to escape the "rat race" and the
"New York cold" while I still can for maybe a couple of years. Have an
associate's degree, retail and customer service experience, friendly
personality, positive work ethic. Several valid IDs. Tall and fit
male, played sports all throughout youth.
Besides Club Med and the JobsIntheSun site, anyone know of any links,
sites, opportunities. I have a good, solid, recently updated resume.
Thanks...Cory
