Default electricity; film/security/x-ray damage

What kind of adapter do I need to recharge my camera in these locations?

This has probably been discussed before, but how do I best get my
underwater, one-use cameras through the screening x-rays when I depart from
and return to San Francisco?

Yes it has been asked b4. See GOOGLE Groups and use search criteria such as
"xray film".

Carry on screening x-rays will not harm your ASA 100 cameras.

Checked bag XRay screening has been known to make objects glow funny.
