|  Vancouver, Canada - Hong Kong Chinese Enjoying Richmond BC
Per the videographer: Richmond is just south of Vancouver on islands formed by arms of the Fraser River. Vancouver International Airport occupies most of one of the islands.
Over the past few decades it has become increasingly populated with light and heavy manufacturing firms and warehousing operations, which share the ample supply of space with suburban shopping malls and commercial concerns.
