It's just fine. Right downtown, on major shopping street, lots of
restaurants, 3 blocks from Art Gallery, walking distance to Stanley
Park, all rooms are small apartment-type suites.

Also consider Times Square Suites, Robson at Denman. I stayed there last
year and found it very good value.
