I was actually being hypothetical. I said maybe. I don't know for sure
what they are thinking. Maybe Helen will get a letter back from
whatever that guys name was with a reason and will share it with us. I
was refering to the ban on stopping in public places which has been
discussed to death in this group. My point was if everyone has so much
discresionary spending, why are certain folks always complaining about
having to spend $20 or $30 a night for a camp site. It was kind of
tongue and cheek. They probably have the money but are to stingy to
part with it for a site. I'm not retired and am by no means rich but am
well off enough to pay for a site and pay for whatever else I want to do
while I'm camping without complaining about it. All I know is I've
heard great things about the Nova Scotia and the ban is not keeping me
away. And my main point of all of this is I'm going next year ban or
not. Too many trips already planned this year. You may not consider my
rig a "proper" RV. I could afford to buy a motorhome today if I wanted
one, however I have no need for one. I fish and canoe in very remote
places in the mountains. I have a pop-up camper that I can put in
places down dirt roads that no motorhome will never get down. Whats
"proper" to one may not be useful or practical to another. I've seen
everyone leave trash in campgrounds from folks with the nicest vehicles
and rigs to the poorest. There are people with sorry upbringing in
every bunch. Money and possessions does not necessarily make one a
better person. In fact sometimes it does the opposite.
