Quebec First Trip

I am planning my first trip to Quebec, and would like some input on whether
we should go to Montreal or Quebec City (can't do both this time around).
Any thoughts?

Hi. I'm from the Boston area and have been to Montreal about 7 times.
I'm going on my first trip to Quebec City this May. I'd have to say
that you might want to do Montreal 1st. It's pretty easy to get around
in if you don't speak French, it's fun, friendly and fairly cheap to
stay and eat.

I'm not sure how old you are, or if you are going single or with a
significant other, but I'd say Montreal has a better nightlife for
anglophone singles than Quebec does.

I second the motion. Montreal is just another nice city. Quebec City has
all the charm. It's a little like France without all the French.
