    • Bristol's at Winghaven for fish
    • McGurks in O'Fallon for quasi-Irish and outdoor dining
    • Crazy Sushi in St. Peters for sushi (best value)
    • Kitaro on Highway K for sushi (best decor)
    • Joey's on Highway K for fish and chips (OUT OF BUSINESS, SORRY)
    • Cold Stone Creamery at Lake St. Louis (OUT OF BUSINESS, SORRY)
    • BC's Kitchen at Lake St. Louis (The Meadows) for best new restaurant
    • Bombay Grill on K near N in O'Fallon (O'Fallon Plaza) for Indian cuisine
Its not that long of a list yet. I still haven't found a great place in the county for steaks.

Feel free to suggest some more.
