Default CityRail [SYD]

Took a trip into Central last Friday from St Marys. On time. Guard well
spoken and informative.
Return trip on Sunday and had similar experience.
Took a return trip today to Westmead again from St Marys. Similar
experience.
Things are getting better.

4 trips aren't enough to determine if it's getting better or not. But I'd
say in general the trains are mostly on time or close to on time.

Which isn't a hard ask given the reduced speed and slower journeys now in
effect. Instead of having some trains run slow and late before, now all
trains run slow.
